Thrive Health Foundation exists to be a resource for patients and their loved ones, offering financial assistance for cellular detoxification treatment, as well as access to reliable information and compassionate support.
Application Steps
How the Application Process Works
Create an Account
Create a simple account using your email and a password. This allows you to securely access and manage your application.
Complete the Application
Access the form titled “Apply to Our Program.” The application includes:
- Two consent forms
- One intake form
The intake form helps us understand your situation. Please share as much relevant information as possible.
Application Review
Your application will be reviewed by our Program Coordinator. You may be contacted with follow-up questions or requests for additional information.
Decision Notification
Once a decision has been made, you’ll receive an email outlining the outcome and next steps.
