Thrive Health Foundation exists to support people living with chronic illness linked to environmental factors, helping them find answers, access care, and feel less alone. The organization believes in a whole-person, cellular approach that goes beyond symptom management. By bridging emerging science, advanced diagnostics, and targeted care, Thrive works to improve patient outcomes and expand what is possible in environmental medicine.

Aubree Rose Shofner

Aubree Rose Shofner

Director of Administration and Marketing

Aubree is honored to serve as an active board member of the Thrive Health Foundation, where she passionately advocates for those facing chronic illness. A warrior and survivor of Chronic Lyme Disease, tick-borne co-infections, mold and biotoxin illness, EDS, MCAS, and CIRS, she has found her purpose in being a truth-seeker and a voice for those whose stories often go unheard.

After falling ill in 2021, Aubree and her family endured a long journey of misdiagnosis and medical gaslighting, with a formal diagnosis finally coming in the late summer of 2022. That pivotal moment planted the seeds for her mission: to empower others living with chronic illness to reclaim their health and their hope.

Drawing from her own experiences, Aubree is dedicated to sharing tools, resources, and education so that no one has to navigate this path alone, confused, or afraid.

Her professional and educational background is diverse. She holds multiple degrees, including an Associate’s in Paralegal Studies, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice with minors in CSI and Forensic Science, and a Master’s Graduate Certificate in Holistic Nutrition. She is also certified in holistic and lifestyle nutrition coaching, personal training, group fitness instruction, TRX, and is a certified IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback Technician.

“Healing is possible. Awareness is power. And together, we rise.” — Aubree

Morgan Brooks

Morgan Brooks

Program Coordinator, Volunteer

Morgan is a chronic illness survivor who is thrilled to have the opportunity to advocate for people who are on the same journey.

Morgan’s story began in 2020, when she was diagnosed with Mold Illness. Her whole world was turned upside down when she was forced to leave her home state of Kentucky to find an environment suited for this new lifestyle. While on the road, she was bitten by a deer tick in Oklahoma, where she contracted Chronic Lyme Disease. Months later, her health declined even more drastically.

Dealing with Mold/Biotoxin Illness, Chronic Lyme Disease, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Morgan became bed-ridden and dependent on a wheelchair.

Knowing this had to change, Morgan and her parents eventually found a functional medicine team that uses a holistic, cellular approach to care. After a long and difficult fight, Morgan is now working, driving, and taking control of her life in the way she chooses.

Even though getting back on her feet has not been easy, the fight has been worth it. Morgan looks forward to working for Thrive Health Foundation and connecting with you as we walk this healing path together.

Morgan is our dedicated Program Coordinator who manages the applicant assistance program, supporting patients in need through accurate documentation, data management, and compassionate service delivery.

“As a chronic illness survivor myself, the mission of Thrive means so much to me and my healing journey. It is a privilege to work with such an amazing team of dedicated individuals who share similar stories. I look forward to connecting with you as we walk this healing path together.” — Morgan
